Living Book

Understanding the fact that each and every customer has their own, individual needs/standards and/or requirements, we are the sole QC provider that makes our work as 'tailor-made' as possible, by having our tool the 'living books' in place that records each and every wish/requirement your clients might have, and have these translated and explained to the teams so that in the end effect we endeavour to do the job as if the client would want it to be done by themselves. These books are very much an integral part of our company systems, so even when on the 10th of May we get new instructions from the customer we can have these implemented within 48 hours, so if the next time is 12th of May, the teams go for inspections, it is as if they had just been briefed by the customer themselves.

They are living because during our long-term relations (all our customers stay with us, and for some even closer relations have been established), it is always necessary to fine tune the systems/standards to be exactly like the ones the customer wants (till that day arrives we, naturally, use our general/professional standards)
