At AQA, we work according
the strict standards of "AQL" (MIL STD 105E Tables),
which are used by our inspectors throughout China
and the other Asian regions. These tables are
recognised in the garment industry as a very solid/independent
system, which gives a fair view of the final product.
AQA's team will perform random inspections in
all aspects, and this method gives a fair judgement
of the final product. Naturally it cannot guarantee
to be 100% perfect (as the only way to be perfect
is doing a 100% inspection), which is why we advice
our customers to combine the AQL inspections (taking
place at the final stage of the supply chain)
with 'In-line' inspections which are being done
during the production process.
In-line inspections helps you and the supplier
to take corrective actions at an early stage of
the production, for an improved quality of the
final product.
The AQL system has been developed in order to
protect the consumer from getting unacceptable
defective products. It encourages the producer
in the use of process quality control by varying
the quantity and severity of acceptance inspections
in direct relation to the importance of the characteristics
inspected.
